INSPYRD CERTIFICATION

The Only Clinical Application of NLP & Neuroscience Certification in the World

Train in measurable, neuroscience-informed, trauma-aware healing protocols. Not generic NLP.

This is the only NLP certification that teaches you to measure your results.

Over 12 scheduled weeks, clinicians and coaches master a structured, trauma-informed protocol built on neuroscience, Affective Memory Resolution (AMR), and Visual Spatial Tasking (VST), with built-in outcome measurement using validated instruments (PSSI-5, ZTPI, SUDS).

You earn three internationally recognized credentials, NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Introduction to Hypnosis, and you graduate ready to deliver evidence-proven work, not scripts.

Created by Allen Kanerva, former Director of Training, Research and Recognition Project. Endorsed by Frank Bourke, PhD (Cornell).

INSPYRD's trauma-focused protocols come from the RTM research lineage. Allen Kanerva is the former Director of Training for the Research and Recognition Project. Two figures are often blurred together; here they are kept separate, because they measure different things.

Success rate: more than 90% below the diagnostic threshold

A success is a participant who drops below the diagnostic threshold for PTSD. Across the RTM research lineage and INSPYRD’s own pilot, that rate is consistently above 90%:

RTM case series: 96% (25 of 26) no longer met PTSD criteria at end of treatment, maintained at 6 and 26 weeks (Gray & Teall, 2016).

Albuquerque trainees: 95% (80 of 85) scored below minimal diagnostic criteria (Gray, Davison & Bourke, 2021).

INSPYRD Angels pilot: 90.9% (10 of 11) fell below the diagnostic threshold.

Symptom reduction: 86.6% (a different measure)

In the INSPYRD Angels pilot, mean PTSD symptom severity (PSSI-5) fell 86.6%. This is the size of the drop in symptoms, not the success rate. The two are not the same number and should never be used interchangeably.

No observed recurrence

In the RTM case series, treatment gains were maintained at 6-week and 26-week follow-up (Gray & Teall, 2016).

The INSPYRD Angels pilot was a practice-based, service-evaluation initiative with survivors of human trafficking, co-funded by Rising Angels. It is not a clinical trial. The RTM studies cited are the research lineage this method derives from, not outcomes of this certification. This certification is educational training for qualified practitioners and does not guarantee individual client outcomes. Individual results vary.

"Highly Recommend"

“I would say that I have met few trainers in the last 40 years, in academia, continuing clinical education and NLP training, with his personal integrity, facility with NLP tools and acumen in training to clinical competency. I highly recommend his NLP Training Institute, and his personal training programs to anyone looking for genuine behavioral capability, delivered by a person of great personal empathy and integrity."

Frank Bourke, PhD Cornell University Professor (ret'd)

"Best Training"

"This is the best training I've had as a counsellor in my field. I left and felt consciously competent to walk into a week of clients and use the protocol right away... I wish this was a foundational course in grad school... I wish I had taken this earlier!"

Sarah Burnett, MS, LMHC

"Gifted & Gentle"

"I have been an instructor of various things for the last 35 years: in the military, in law enforcement, the civilian sector, as well as an adjunct professor at a State College... Allen Kanerva is in the top 3% of instructors I have observed. I have witnessed him be unexpectedly pulled into an ongoing protocol when a clinician hit a block with a troubled client. With the utmost of ease and with a gifted and gentle manner, Allen redirected and reengaged the client effortlessly. He is amazing to watch in action."

Craig Hardcastle, Major (ret’d) USMC
